LiteWork offers three plans designed for different business sizes. All plans include the same core features—the difference is how many people, companies, and documents you can have.

The Business plan adds priority support with faster response times.

Choosing the Right Plan

Solo — $29/month

Best for freelancers and sole traders who work alone. You get one company and can create up to 50 invoices and quotes per month—plenty for most individual operators.

Choose Solo if:

  • You’re the only person who needs access
  • You run one business
  • You send fewer than 50 invoices/quotes monthly

Team — $59/month

Best for small teams and businesses with multiple staff. Invite up to 5 team members with different access levels, manage 3 companies, and create up to 200 documents monthly.

Choose Team if:

  • You have 2-5 people who need access
  • You manage multiple companies or brands
  • You need more than 50 documents per month

Business — $129/month

Best for growing businesses with larger teams. Up to 25 team members, 10 companies, and 1,000 documents monthly. Includes priority support for faster assistance.

Choose Business if:

  • You have 6+ people who need access
  • You manage many companies or client accounts
  • You create a high volume of documents
  • You want priority support

Monthly vs Annual Billing

Pay monthly for flexibility, or annually for savings:

  • Monthly billing — Pay each month, cancel anytime
  • Annual billing — Pay upfront for the year, save 17%

With annual billing, you’re charged once per year. If you cancel mid-year, you keep access until the year ends—no refunds for unused time.

Tip: Start with monthly billing to make sure LiteWork fits your workflow, then switch to annual when you’re ready to commit.

Understanding Limits

Team Members

The number of people who can access your organization. Each person has their own login. See Inviting Team Members to learn how to add people.

Companies

How many separate businesses you can manage. Each company has its own invoices, contacts, and Xero connection. Useful if you run multiple businesses or manage invoicing for clients.

Documents Per Month

The total number of invoices and quotes you can create each month across all companies. The count resets on your billing date. See Understanding Usage Limits for details.

Changing Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime:

  • Upgrading — Takes effect immediately, you’re charged the prorated difference
  • Downgrading — Takes effect at the end of your current billing period

Go to LiteWork Settings → Billing and click Change Plan to switch plans. See Managing Your Subscription for step-by-step instructions.

Before downgrading: Make sure you’re within the limits of your new plan. If you have 5 team members and downgrade to Solo (1 member), you’ll need to remove team members first.

Taxes

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST. New Zealand customers are charged 15% GST on top of the listed prices. Australian and other international customers are not charged GST.
