Opening Documents
The Document Manager shows all your invoices and quotes. Open it by pressing Cmd/Ctrl + O or clicking the Documents icon. First-time users see a welcome screen with quick-start options; once you have documents, you’ll see the full document list with improved filtering and search.
Finding Documents
Type in the search bar to find documents by number, client name, or reference. Results filter as you type.
Use the tabs to show only invoices, only quotes, or all documents. Filter by date range if you’re looking for documents from a specific period.
Sorting
By default, documents are sorted with newest first. Click the sort dropdown to change this—sort by date, number, client name, or amount.
Opening a Document
Click any document row to open it. Use the arrow keys to navigate the list and press Enter to open the selected document.
Quick Actions
Hover over a document and click the menu (⋮) for quick actions: duplicate, download PDF, post to Xero, or delete.
Duplicating is useful for recurring invoices. Click Duplicate, then update the date and any details that have changed.
