Sync History Dashboard

The Sync History Dashboard is a new settings tab that provides quick access to your Xero synchronization history and statistics. This guide shows you how to access and navigate the dashboard.

Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Click the Settings button (gear icon) in the LiteWork header
  2. In the settings sidebar, click Sync History
  3. The Sync History Dashboard will load

The Sync History tab appears after the Xero Sync and Email tabs in the settings sidebar.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard displays:

Statistics Cards

Four key metrics at the top of the page:

  • Total Operations: Count of all sync operations
  • Successful: Operations that completed successfully (green)
  • Errors: Operations that failed (red)
  • Success Rate: Percentage success rate (blue)

Filter Controls

Options to filter the sync history:

  • Action type (create, import, update, sync)
  • Direction (to Xero, from Xero)
  • Status (success, error, partial)
  • Date range
  • Search by invoice number

History Table

A paginated list of sync operations showing:

  • Timestamp
  • Action and direction
  • Document identifier
  • Status
  • Details

Quick Actions

From the dashboard you can:

  • Apply Filters: Narrow down the history to specific operations
  • Clear Filters: Reset to show all history
  • Export CSV: Download the filtered history for external analysis
  • Navigate Pages: Browse through paginated results

When to Use the Dashboard

Access the Sync History Dashboard when you need to:

  • Check overall integration health
  • Investigate a sync that didn’t work
  • Track down when a specific invoice was synced
  • Export sync data for reporting
  • Monitor for errors or issues
